Bish Relocation

From our home in Nuns’ Island, St Joseph’s Patrician College, known to many as The Bish, has for over 160 years served our students and helped them to equip themselves with the skills and confidence to pursue the careers and dreams of their choice.  We have now outgrown the facilities and resources available to us in Nuns’ Island and we need the space for our students to learn and develop themselves, explore their options, discover their aptitudes, engage in sport and recreation, indoor and outdoor, and experiment with new subjects and ideas in a modern facility that is suited to our growing needs into the future.

We are moving on to the next chapter in the life of the Bish at a new site in Dangan in cooperation with University of Galway, the Department of Education and Le Chéile Schools Trust.

It will be a modern, purpose built, sustainable building that will allow future generations of Bish students to flourish and achieve their potential.
